Our company is confident of obtaining further contracts in Dubai, including those in connection with "The World" project.

We shall of course be obtaining global participations and investments in the future contracts as well.

COMPANY GOAL
The company goal will be to arrange (offers for participation in/sale of) global hotels, resorts, chalets, manor houses or infrastructures serving the purposes of tourism for affluent clients, structured and implemented according to the example of Property Investments.

In the Emirates, Middle East, USA, Caribbean, Latin and South America, Eastern- Western Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, guided by the example of our model Cesar Ritz, the Swiss founder of global luxury accommodations.

(As far as possible, this will be done under our own name, based on the example of "CH-Unterkulm" – see Property Investments.) Our purpose will also to be to provide assets acquired or constructed within the firm to global investors, if such a requirement exists. Investors throughout the world will cooperate with us so that we can realize our intended venture.
